• Where are we going?

  • This year we have the unique opportunity to trek from Sixth Crossing to Rock Creek Hollow. We are very lucky to even have this opportunity to trek along such a powerful portion of the trail where these faithful saints also traveled and endured so much. Though this area witnessed profound hardship and loss, it also became the setting for remarkable examples of faith, obedience, sacrifice and charity. As you prepare for, and participate in this trek, you will gain insight, understanding, and experiences that will stay with you long after the journey ends. 

• What are we doing?

  • This Trek route allows us to trek along the path instead of in a loop. We will be camping in a different location each night instead of returning to "base camp" each day. It is also a more physically rigorous and demanding trek, but if the pioneers who were so worn down and starving could trek it... so can we! Your experience will be much better if you prepare ahead of time, so please follow the recommendations given so you can have the best experience possible.​
